All exMon services are monitored every 5 minutes for uptime and response time. The exMon team communicates with customers about system issues through status.exmon.com which contains an overview of all services and incidents.

Information about uptime and response time metrics are stored for 12 months. If you are experiencing problems but do not see an issue listed,  please contact support@exmon.com
