Execution Connections

Created by: Gunnar Tómas Gunnarsson

Execution connections occur when exMon is installed on a windows server. By default, you can only have one execution connection per windows server. To enable a standard Execution Connection, you need to install exMon on the Windows Server. Once this is complete, an Execution Connection is created for the server.

Multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

You can have multiple UATs for an Execution Connection. This requires installing exMon onto two Windows Servers, opening exMon Data Governance and merging the details of both Execution Connections to the same Execution Connection, under different UATs.

This can be helpful if you have TimeXtender or another command-line package running DEV and PROD on different machines.
